Fast Forward Graduation

Vision4 Women’s 2026 Fast Forward Graduation celebration held at the Feather Market Centre in May 2026 was a day of joy and inspiration.

The Grade 12 class of 2026 were called up to the stage where they were “capped” with the degree they hope to follow next year.

Vision4 Women thanks the inspirational academics from Nelson Mandela University who in conferring “mock” degrees gave each girl a glimpse into a possible future.

Speakers included:

Nombasa Maseti

Nombasa is a successful wellness coach, and mother of two. She has built a career through network marketing, with no post-school qualification hopping between jobs such as waitressing and being a cashier. She is a true definition of how your past does not define nor limit you.

Mbukwashe “Mbu” Zwide

Fashion entrepreneur Mbu is the founder of Hombakazi Vintage Cabin. Her journey began in her mother’s garage in Njoli and today she runs a thriving business with a retail store at Boardwalk Mall and a manufacturing team producing garments loved by customers across the country. Mbu shows that success does not follow only one path: after leaving her career in software development, she pursued entrepreneurship with creativity, resilience and faith.

Dr Iviwe Gqirana

Iviwe is a psychiatrist focused on advocacy and education. She graduated MBChB from Walter Sisulu University (2016), and obtained her CMSA Fellowship in psychiatry (2023). Her interests include child and adolescent psychiatry, addiction, and occupational mental health, emphasising prevention and education to address the mental health crisis and professional shortages.

Nqabisa Mtyobile, an EmceeM, voice-over artist and events and media specialist. With over a decade of experience, she is a dynamic and versatile professional who brings energy, precision and heart to every project.
